Making the Switch Easy for Customers
Dress Smart's new programme follows a migration from a previous gift card provider, and they've put customers front and centre throughout the transition.
To make the move as simple as possible, Dress Smart is offering customers the opportunity to swap their existing gift cards for new Dress Smart gift cards at no cost.
And because every good shopping trip deserves a coffee, customers who complete the swap will also receive a FREE coffee from The Coffee Club.
We're especially pleased to see this partnership come full circle, with The Coffee Club also being a valued Tranxactor client. It's always rewarding to see members of our client community supporting one another while creating great customer experiences.
