New for 2019 is a new definition of the Travel category including Travel & Experiences (including airlines, hotels, comparison sites, car hire, restaurants & entertainment) and the widening of the Regionals to include The Americas. The category called “Loyalty Without a Name” for innovative companies who are doing things differently will also return for its second year.
