Still the primary reward method, points programmes are easy for customers to earn and redeem their rewards. Redemption options can include a credit toward their next purchase, points for product or discounts on services.

Tiered Programme

Tiering is based on customers achieving a level through value and/or frequency which unlocks the next level offering additional benefits. Tranxactor manages this dynamically, moving customers up and down levels based on their behaviour.

Cause-based programme

Instead of offering reward points, cashback rewards programmes give customers a percentage of their transaction value to be spent with the business later. Typically, cashback is accumulated until a threshold is reached and once reached, the cashback can be spent in a future transaction.
